Local SEO Along Both Coasts
Google Business Profile and location pages for spread-out metros like Tampa Bay and South Florida, where people search by city, county or beach town.
Florida
SEO, Google Ads, websites and social for Florida businesses that live with snowbird seasons, hurricane prep and fast-growing suburbs.
The Digital Elites is based in Katy, Texas, with no office in Florida. Florida clients work with us remotely, through video calls, a shared dashboard and one named contact, with calls booked in your local time.
Demand in Florida moves with the calendar. Winter residents fill Naples and the Palm Beaches, hurricane season changes what homeowners search for, and new neighborhoods around Orlando and Tampa add customers every month.
Florida services

Google Business Profile and location pages for spread-out metros like Tampa Bay and South Florida, where people search by city, county or beach town.
Roofing, restoration, generator and shutter campaigns built before June 1, with budgets raised or paused as each storm approaches and passes.
Facebook and Instagram content and Meta Ads that shift between winter residents and year-round locals, with Spanish-language creative for Miami and Orlando.
WordPress sites with click-to-call, booking forms and a storm-update banner you switch on yourself when a hurricane changes your hours.
Mailchimp and Klaviyo lists split by season, so winter residents hear from you before they fly down and locals get their own offers through summer.
Truck wraps, yard signs and hurricane-prep door hangers for Florida contractors, with your state license number on every piece, as Florida law requires.
Florida cities
Florida's markets peak at different times and search in different ways. These notes shape how we plan pages, ads and budgets for each one.
A bilingual market: many searches and reviews are in Spanish, and Miami-Dade neighborhoods behave like separate towns.
Marine services, real estate and home services, with condo associations a major buyer for contractors across Broward.
A strong winter swing, with home services and medical practices competing hard for seasonal residents.
Tourism and hospitality, fast-growing areas like Lake Nona and Kissimmee, and a large Spanish-speaking community.
Tampa, St. Petersburg and Clearwater work as one metro, but people still search by their own city name.
A big, spread-out city with military, logistics and healthcare employers; drive time matters more than city limits.
Naples, Fort Myers and Cape Coral peak in winter, and post-storm rebuilding keeps roofers and contractors busy.
State government and universities in Tallahassee, beach tourism on the coast, and the western Panhandle on Central time.

How it works
A video call on your services, the Florida counties you cover, your peak and off-season months and what a new customer is worth to you.
We check your website, call tracking and Google Business Profile, then see who ranks and runs ads in each county and beach town you serve.
A fixed-fee proposal with budget set by ZIP code and month, so spend rises for snowbird season or storm prep and drops when demand does.
Tracking first, then pages, campaigns and profiles, each approved by you on a screen share and timed to launch ahead of your busy months.
A dashboard that's yours to check anytime and a monthly call covering calls, forms and booked jobs by area, plus the changes we'll make next.
Serving both coasts, or the Panhandle too? We'll show you how to split budget and pages across them.
Plan Your Florida CampaignsFAQ
No. We have one studio, in Katy, Texas, and work with Florida businesses remotely: scheduled video calls, a shared reporting dashboard and one named contact. Most of Florida runs an hour ahead of us on Eastern time, so we schedule calls inside your working day; the western Panhandle shares our Central time.
With a written, fixed-fee proposal for each service before anything starts: a monthly fee for SEO, ads and social, a project price for websites and design. Ad spend is billed to you directly by Google or Meta, separately from us. Monthly services have no long contract.
Prepare before June. Roofers, restoration companies, generator dealers and shutter installers need pages, ads and Google Business Profile posts ready ahead of the season. When a storm approaches we update ad copy and budgets, and we pause ads aimed at areas under evacuation so you're not paying for clicks nobody can act on.
Treat them as their own audience. We start winter-resident campaigns and emails in the fall and target people in other states who search about your area, not only people already in Florida. Year-round locals get different offers through the summer, so neither group sees messages meant for the other.
In Miami-Dade, the Orlando area and parts of Tampa, often yes. We build Spanish pages and ad groups as their own campaigns, review the wording with your bilingual staff and track them separately, so you see exactly what they bring in.
Google Ads and Local Services Ads usually start bringing calls in the first few weeks after approval; SEO takes months, especially in competitive markets like Miami and Tampa. We won't promise a number before we see your market, but you'll see every tracked call and form by county from the first month.
Call +1 (713) 487-8445 or send your website, the Florida areas you serve and your busy months. We'll tell you plainly what to fix before the next peak and what it costs.
