One Contact Page for a Whole Metro
A customer in Sugar Land can't tell whether you cover them. Without town pages, you rarely show up when they search by suburb, either.
Texas web design
Built for how Texans pick a business: on a phone, searching one town, sometimes in Spanish, with three tabs open.
The Digital Elites designs and develops websites for Texas service businesses and specialist firms from our studio in Katy. Houston-area clients sit down with us for planning and review sessions; companies in DFW, Austin, San Antonio and across the state work with the same designers and developers over video.
We build on WordPress, Webflow or Shopify, or write custom code when your booking, quoting or dispatch software needs it.
Overview
Design decides whether a visitor trusts you. Development decides whether the page loads on one bar of signal and whether the form actually reaches you.
We do both under one roof: planning pages around the towns and services you want work from, writing copy that sounds like a Texas business instead of a template, designing for thumbs first, then building it to load fast, rank, track every call and form, and stay easy for your team to update.
Need a Spanish version? We build it as real Spanish pages with their own URLs and hreflang tags, not a translate button layered over the English site.
What holds Texas sites back
Most sites we rebuild look fine on a desktop in the office. They fall down where Texas customers use them: on a phone, searching a specific town, ready to book.
A customer in Sugar Land can't tell whether you cover them. Without town pages, you rarely show up when they search by suburb, either.
Heavy sliders and full-size photos load at the desk and stall in a parking lot. Most local visitors are on mobile and leave before the page draws.
A translate widget produces clumsy Spanish on pages Google won't index. Spanish-speaking customers notice, and so does search.
Storm hours, a new service or a holiday closure needs a developer and a week, so the site goes stale and shows last year's information.
What's included
Every project is quoted from the pages, languages and integrations you need. These are the parts most Texas builds share.
We start with the services that make you money, the towns you want more work from and what your best customers ask before they hire you.
Houston-area clients usually do this at our Katy studio; everyone else joins over video. You approve a sitemap and page plan before any design begins.
Each town or suburb you serve gets its own page with real local detail: the neighborhoods, the jobs you do there and how quickly you can get there.
A Cypress page and a Tomball page say different things. Copy-paste town pages with only the name swapped tend to rank poorly and read worse.
We design the phone layout first: tap-to-call within thumb reach, your service area visible early and forms that ask only for what you need.
Then we scale up to desktop using your own photos of trucks, crews, offices and finished work, not stock images of strangers.
For businesses with Spanish-speaking customers, we build a full Spanish section with its own URLs, navigation, forms and hreflang tags.
Spanish forms route to the person on your team who answers in Spanish, so the enquiry doesn't stall when it arrives.
WordPress for most service businesses, Webflow for design-led firms, Shopify for retail, and custom code for complex quoting, portals or dispatch links.
Hosting, SSL and backups are set up on accounts in your business name, so the site is yours from launch day.
Every build includes:
Titles, headings, internal links and schema go in during the build, not as a cleanup job afterwards.
When we replace an old site, every URL with traffic or links gets a 301 redirect to its new page, so the Texas rankings you've earned carry over.
The editor is set up so your office manager can change hours, post a hurricane notice or add a project photo without calling us.
You get a recorded walkthrough of your own site and a one-page guide to the edits you'll make most often.
Town pages
Texas metros sprawl, and customers search by suburb: Cinco Ranch, Round Rock, Frisco, Alamo Heights. A town page wins that search when it reads like it was written by someone who works there.
Each town page carries:
We write as many as you have real work in. Ten honest town pages beat fifty thin ones that only swap the city name.
After launch
A good-looking site that doesn't produce calls is a brochure. We measure what visitors do once they arrive.
| Measure | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Calls and form enquiries | Real contacts from the site each month, broken down by page |
| Town page traffic | Which suburbs and cities are finding you through search |
| Spanish section use | How many visitors choose Spanish, and whether they enquire |
| Mobile Core Web Vitals | Load speed and stability measured on real visitors' phones |
| Search Console queries | The searches you now appear for, by town and by service |
| Drop-off points | Where visitors leave before reaching the form or phone number |
Everything runs through GA4, Search Console and call tracking set up in your name. You get dashboard access on launch day.

How it works
Services, towns, languages and integrations are agreed in a discovery session, in Katy or on video. You sign off the sitemap before design starts.
Copy and design are drafted together, phone layout first. You review clickable mockups, not static pictures.
We develop on the agreed platform, connect booking, CRM, call tracking and forms, then test on real phones and browsers.
Old URLs are mapped to new ones, tracking is checked and the site goes live early in the week, when someone is around to watch it.
Your team gets editor access, a recorded walkthrough and the logins to every account, all in your business name.
Replacing a site that already ranks in Texas? We'll map what to keep before anything changes.
Plan Your Texas WebsiteAfter launch
A website keeps earning when someone looks after it. Our care plan covers the technical upkeep and the small changes Texas businesses need through the year.
Optional, monthly and cancellable. Your site and hosting stay in your name either way.
The care plan covers:
Bigger additions, like a new booking system or a Spanish section added later, are quoted separately before work starts.
Compare
All three are built in our Katy studio. The difference is what the site has to do once it's live.
One team plans, writes, designs and builds the site, so town pages, Spanish content and booking fit together. The usual choice for service businesses replacing an older site.
For businesses that want a familiar editor and a huge plugin library. A good fit when office staff will post updates and project photos themselves.

Your plan
We scope the site from the work you want, the places you want it from and who will keep the site current.
We plan around:
We'll recommend launching before your busy season, not in the middle of it.
Learn About The Digital ElitesFAQ
We won't promise a number before we've seen your traffic, your market and how your current site converts, and anyone who does is guessing. What we will do is set up call and form tracking before launch, so you can compare enquiries against your old site month by month.
Each project gets a fixed written proposal based on the number of pages, languages and integrations, and whether we write the copy. Hosting, domains and paid plugins are billed to you directly by those providers. There's no long contract tied to the build.
Most service-business sites take six to ten weeks from discovery to launch. Bilingual sites, large sets of town pages and custom integrations add time, and the proposal gives you a dated schedule for each stage.
No. Our studio is in Katy, so Houston-area clients often meet us in person for planning and reviews. Clients in Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, El Paso and smaller Texas towns work with us over video and shared review links, and the process is the same.
Not if the move is handled properly. We crawl your current site, redirect every URL with traffic or links to its new address, and keep the content that already ranks. After launch we watch Search Console for errors and fix them as they appear.
Yes. We build a full Spanish section with its own pages, menus, forms and hreflang tags, so Google shows the right version to each searcher. We don't rely on automatic translation widgets, which read awkwardly and don't get indexed.
You do. The domain, hosting, CMS, GA4 and Search Console accounts are set up in your business name, and you get admin logins at launch. If you ever move to another agency, everything goes with you.
Usually, yes. We embed or link booking from ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, Calendly and most practice and case management tools, and pass form leads into your CRM. We confirm what your software allows during discovery, before it goes into the quote.
Send us your current site and the towns you want more work from. We'll tell you plainly what we'd keep, what we'd rebuild and what the project would involve.
