Texas email marketing
Turn the customer list you already have into repeat jobs, renewals and orders, timed to the way Texas seasons run.
The Digital Elites plans, writes and runs email marketing for Texas businesses in Klaviyo, Mailchimp and the marketing tools inside ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro and Shopify. We start with the list you already have, set up the automated emails first, then add campaigns around your busy seasons.
We're based in Katy and meet Houston-area clients in person. Businesses in Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio and the rest of Texas work with us remotely.
Overview
We decide who gets which email and when, then write it, build it, send it and report on what it brought in.
For most Texas service businesses the money sits in a few automated emails: the review request after a job, the tune-up reminder before summer, the follow-up on an unsold estimate. Retailers and online stores add welcome, abandoned-cart and win-back flows, plus campaigns around the Texas sales tax holidays. Newsletters come after those are working.
Your list lives in your own account. We never add bought or scraped contacts, because they wreck your sender reputation for every email after.
Why lists go quiet
Most businesses we talk to have thousands of past customers in a CRM or POS and send them nothing, or send everyone the same newsletter twice a year.
Without SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your domain, Gmail and Yahoo filter bulk mail hard, and most owners never find out.
An AC tune-up email in July lands when every HVAC company in Texas is already booked out. That offer needed to go in March or April.
New leads, one-time buyers, members and lapsed customers all get the same email, so it fits almost nobody who opens it.
Customers who booked in Spanish get English reminders and promotions, skim the subject line and delete them.
What's included
Each engagement is scoped to your list, your platform and how often customers buy. These are the parts we set up most often.
We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your domain, add one-click unsubscribe and clear bounced and long-inactive contacts off your list.
Gmail and Yahoo have required this from bulk senders since 2024, and skipping it is a common reason business email never reaches the inbox.
We import contacts from ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Shopify, Square or a spreadsheet and split them by service, purchase history, location and language.
A homeowner in Cypress with a ten-year-old AC system and a commercial client in Pasadena don't get the same email.
The emails that send themselves when something happens: a new signup, a finished job, an unsold estimate or a customer who hasn't been back in a year.
We write them once, in your voice, and check their numbers every month.
Flows we build first:
We plan campaigns around the calendar your customers live by: spring hail, summer heat, hurricane season from June to November and the occasional hard freeze.
Retail and ecommerce clients get campaigns timed to the Texas sales tax holidays, including the back-to-school weekend in August.
If part of your list prefers Spanish, we record the language preference at signup or booking and send each customer the version they'll actually read.
Subject lines and offers are written for each audience rather than run through a translator.
Appointment reminders and short offers by SMS in Klaviyo, Postscript or your field-service software, with opt-in and STOP handling set up properly.
Texas brought marketing texts under its telephone solicitation law in 2025, so we check your consent records and whether your business needs to register before any promotional text goes out.
Monthly reports show clicks and, more usefully, the bookings and orders each flow and campaign produced.
Where Shopify or your CRM passes order data back, we report revenue per email, not just engagement.
Email calendar
A good email arrives just before people need you. In Texas that calendar is shaped by weather, school terms and a few dates everyone here knows.
Dates we plan around:
We pick the dates that fit your business. A dental office and a pool builder get very different calendars.
Measurement
Open rates are inflated by Apple Mail Privacy Protection and don't pay bills. We report what each email led to.
| Measure | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Bookings or orders per email | How many jobs, appointments or sales each campaign and flow produced |
| Revenue per recipient | What each send earned, spread across everyone who received it |
| Inbox placement | Whether mail reaches the inbox, from bounce, spam and Postmaster data |
| Click rate | Who acted on the email, a far more reliable signal than opens |
| Unsubscribes and complaints | Whether frequency or content is wearing your list out |
| List growth by source | Where new subscribers come from: website, booking, counter or events |
Revenue reporting needs order or job data from Shopify, your POS or your field-service software. We connect whichever one your business already uses.

How it works
We look at your list, your platform and what you've sent before, and agree what a successful email looks like for your business.
Domain authentication, unsubscribe handling and list cleanup come first, so everything after it reaches the inbox.
Welcome, review, estimate follow-up and reminder emails go live, written in your voice and in Spanish where your list needs it.
We map three months of campaigns against your busy seasons and the Texas dates that matter to your customers.
Each campaign tests a subject line or offer. Monthly reports show bookings and revenue by email.
Sitting on a customer list you never email? We'll show you what to send first.

Flows keep earning on their own. The monthly work is campaigns, testing and keeping the list healthy.
One flat monthly fee and no lock-in. Your platform subscription is billed to you directly by the provider.
Each month includes:
Ahead of a busy season we add campaigns. In quiet months we focus on win-back emails and growing the list.
Compare
All three reach people who already know you. Each suits a different kind of message.
Best for anything with detail: seasonal offers, maintenance reminders, newsletters and product launches. Cheap per message, and you own the list.
Best for short, urgent messages: appointment reminders, storm-day availability and last-chance offers. Needs clear consent and suits a smaller list.
Ask About SMS SetupBest for reaching new people in your area and staying visible between purchases. You don't own the audience, and reach depends on the platform.
See Our Social Media ServiceMost clients start with email because the list already exists. Texts come next, for reminders and time-sensitive offers.
Your plan
How often to send and what to say depends on your list and how often customers buy, not on a fixed schedule.
We plan around:
That keeps frequency where customers want it and avoids unsubscribes from emails that don't fit.
Learn About The Digital ElitesFAQ
We won't name a figure before we've seen your list, how recently those customers bought and what you've sent them before. A clean list of recent customers behaves very differently from an old one. From the first month, we'll show you the bookings or orders each email produced so you can judge it yourself.
A one-off setup fee for deliverability and the core flows, then a fixed monthly fee for campaigns and management, both quoted before we start. Your Klaviyo, Mailchimp or SMS platform subscription is paid directly to the provider. No long contracts.
Klaviyo suits Shopify and WooCommerce stores that want purchase-based flows. Mailchimp is fine for simpler newsletters and smaller lists. Trades already on ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro often get more from the marketing tools built in, because job data is already there. We'll work in whatever you have unless it's holding you back.
The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, in effect since July 2024, gives Texans rights over their personal data and sets duties for covered businesses. Federal CAN-SPAM rules apply to every marketing email. We make sure forms say what people sign up for, unsubscribes work at once and your list is never shared. Your attorney confirms which rules apply to you.
Yes. We tag each contact's preferred language at signup or booking and send English and Spanish versions to the right people. Spanish copy is written for how Texans actually talk, not translated word for word, and checked by a fluent speaker before it goes out.
Review requests and estimate follow-ups usually start producing within weeks of going live, because they reach people who just dealt with you. Seasonal campaigns depend on timing, so the first proper test is your next busy season. Deliverability fixes take effect within days.
No. Bought and scraped lists bring spam complaints and bounces that damage your domain's reputation, so even your real customers stop getting your mail. We grow your list from your website, bookings, invoices and in-person signups instead.
You do. The platform account, the contacts, the templates and the flows are all set up under your business. If you stop working with us, everything keeps running in your account.
Tell us where your contacts live and what a repeat customer is worth. We'll tell you which emails we'd set up first and what we'd stop sending.
