English-Only Campaigns
English keywords and pages miss Arabic searches entirely, and Arabic ads that click through to an English page lose people in seconds.
Abu Dhabi, delivered remotely
Search, social and websites for Abu Dhabi firms selling to residents, companies and government-linked buyers.
The Digital Elites plans and runs Google Ads, Meta and Snapchat campaigns, SEO and websites for businesses targeting Abu Dhabi. We work remotely from our studio in Katy, Texas, and have no office in the UAE. Scope, access and meeting times are agreed in writing before any work starts.
Abu Dhabi buys differently from Dubai. More of the market runs through procurement teams, approval chains and longer decision cycles, and your audience moves between Arabic and English depending on the channel. We plan for both.
Overview
Remote delivery works when the calendar, the account access and the approval chain are agreed up front. We settle all three in the first week.
Katy is nine hours behind Abu Dhabi during US daylight saving time and ten hours behind the rest of the year. Our morning overlaps with your late afternoon, so the weekly call sits in that window, and written updates sent at the end of our day are in your inbox before yours starts. Urgent ad changes don't wait for the next call.
The UAE working week runs Monday to Friday, with a shorter Friday in government and many private firms. We book calls Monday to Thursday.
Where campaigns slip
Most of the problems aren't creative. They come from campaigns built for one language, one emirate or one kind of buyer, when Abu Dhabi has several of each.
English keywords and pages miss Arabic searches entirely, and Arabic ads that click through to an English page lose people in seconds.
Campaigns set to "United Arab Emirates" spread budget across Dubai and Sharjah when your customers are in Abu Dhabi city, Al Ain or Mussafah.
Snapchat is a daily habit for many young Emiratis and Gulf nationals, yet plenty of brands treat it as an afterthought or skip it.
A procurement officer downloads your company profile, then nothing happens. Without CRM routing and a follow-up sequence, the lead goes cold.
What's included
Deliverables, responsibilities and costs are set out in your proposal. These are the pieces most Abu Dhabi plans draw on.
Campaigns and pages built around how people in Abu Dhabi search: Arabic and English keywords, area names like Khalifa City, Al Reem and Mussafah, and "near me" searches on Maps.
Location targeting is set to the emirate or the areas you serve, not the whole country, and ad schedules follow your opening hours in Gulf Standard Time.
We decide which pages, ads and posts need Arabic versions, and how the site handles right-to-left layout, language switching and hreflang tags.
Arabic copywriting and translation are scoped separately, with your team or an agreed Arabic reviewer signing off before anything goes live.
Paid and organic social built around UAE habits: Reels and Stories on Instagram, Snapchat Ads for younger audiences and click-to-WhatsApp ads for enquiries.
Creative runs in Arabic and English for audiences that use both, and we test the two versions against each other rather than guess.
For firms selling to corporates and government-linked entities: LinkedIn campaigns, a downloadable company profile and service pages that answer what procurement teams check.
Vendor registration and tender teams look for proof before they call. We put it where they find it in one click.
Buyer-ready pages show:
WordPress or Webflow sites with proper Arabic and English versions, mirrored right-to-left layouts and fonts that render Arabic cleanly.
WhatsApp, phone and form options sit on every page, with the number in +971 format so it dials correctly from any phone.
GA4, Google Ads and Meta conversion tracking set up behind a consent banner, with forms that say what you collect and why.
We build around the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, or ADGM's own data rules for firms registered there. Your legal adviser confirms the policy wording.
A monthly report that lands at the start of your week, covering spend in AED, enquiries by channel and language, and what we're changing next.
Your team also gets live dashboard access, so this week's numbers are there in Abu Dhabi without waiting for Katy to wake up.
Language
Translating everything doubles the work without doubling the results. Each channel gets a language decision based on who searches, who scrolls and who signs the order, and Arabic work is scoped and reviewed separately.
What we decide channel by channel:
If your team handles enquiries only in English, we say so on the page rather than run Arabic ads that lead to a conversation nobody can hold.
Reporting
Impressions and follower counts are easy to grow. We report on the enquiries behind them, split by channel and language.
| Measure | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Calls and WhatsApp clicks | Contact attempts from ads, Maps and the site, by source |
| Arabic vs English results | Which language version brings cheaper, better-fit enquiries |
| Cost per enquiry in AED | What each lead cost, by campaign and platform |
| Results by area | Performance in the city, Al Ain, Mussafah and the islands |
| B2B lead fit | Which leads came from companies that match your buyer profile |
| Reach and frequency | How many of your target audience saw Snapchat and Meta ads, and how often |
A WhatsApp click shows intent, not a conversation. Counting real enquiries needs your team to mark outcomes in a CRM or shared sheet, and we set up whichever you'll keep using.

Remote delivery
A video call in your late afternoon, our morning. We cover your buyers, languages, areas and how enquiries are handled today.
Deliverables and costs in writing, a fixed weekly call slot, your approval chain and who signs off Arabic content.
We request manager access to Google Ads, Meta, Snapchat, GA4 and your site, then install consent-aware tracking first.
Search goes live first, then social. Your team approves each stage before any spend starts.
A short written update each week and a monthly call. Budget moves toward the channel and language bringing better enquiries.
No office visit needed. We'll book a call at a time that suits Abu Dhabi.

Bilingual campaigns need more upkeep than single-language accounts: two keyword sets, two creative tracks and calendar moments like Ramadan that move every year.
No lock-in contracts. The work continues while the numbers justify the fee.
Each month includes:
Ramadan moves earlier each year, and search and social habits shift with it. We plan creative and budgets for it weeks ahead.
Compare
Three ways Abu Dhabi businesses staff their marketing. Each one trades cost, presence and control differently.
Search, social, sites and tracking handled together, with a fixed overlap window and written updates. No face-to-face meetings in Abu Dhabi, and Arabic copy is scoped separately.
Same time zone, in-person meetings and often in-house Arabic writers. Fees, minimum retainers and seniority of the team vary widely.
Full control and native language skills. It also means hiring several specialists, because one generalist rarely covers ads, design and tracking well.
Book a Consultation FirstAn in-house coordinator working with an agency on ads and tracking is a common split. We'll tell you which arrangement fits your team.
Your plan
Who buys from you decides the channels, the languages and how long a lead takes to close.
We plan around:
A plan built on those answers keeps spend inside Abu Dhabi and in the language that converts.
Learn About The Digital ElitesFAQ
We won't give a number before we've seen your market, budget and current conversion rates, and an agency that does is guessing. We report cost per enquiry from the first month, split by channel and language, so you can judge the results yourself.
No. The Digital Elites works remotely from our studio in Katy, Texas, and has no UAE office. Meetings, approvals and reporting happen online through channels agreed in your proposal.
Abu Dhabi is nine or ten hours ahead of Katy, depending on US daylight saving. We hold calls in our morning, your late afternoon, Monday to Thursday, and send written updates at the end of our day so they're waiting when you start yours.
Arabic content is scoped separately. Before work starts, the proposal states who writes or translates it and who on your side approves it. We handle the Arabic ad setup, right-to-left layouts and bilingual site structure.
Our fee is fixed and quoted in your proposal. Ad spend goes directly to Google, Meta, Snapchat or LinkedIn and is separate, as are third-party tools and any outsourced translation. No long contracts.
Tracking and forms are set up with consent and clear notices, built around the UAE PDPL, or ADGM's data protection regulations if you're registered there. We don't give legal advice, so your adviser approves the privacy wording.
If people already search for what you sell, start with Google Search, because those buyers want something now. If you're building awareness or selling to younger consumers, Instagram and Snapchat come first. B2B firms usually start with search and LinkedIn.
You do. Ad accounts, GA4, the website and pixels sit under your business, with us added as managers. If we stop working together, you remove our access and keep every account and its history.
Share who you sell to, the languages they use and where enquiries come from now. We'll book a call in your afternoon and tell you plainly what we'd do first, and whether remote delivery fits.
