Overview

Professional Design Services for Your Business

Good design is more than choosing colors, fonts, or attractive images. It helps people understand your business, recognize your brand, and use your digital products with less confusion.

Our professional design services bring together brand identity, visual communication, and user-focused design. We consider how your business should look, what your customers need, and where your designs will be used.

A new business may need a clear visual identity before launching its website. An established company may need to improve the way its website or app presents information. Each project has different requirements, so we start by understanding the problem before recommending a design approach.

We work with you to define the scope, review creative directions, and prepare design assets for their intended use.

The goal is simple: create designs that communicate your message clearly and support the experience you want customers to have.

Once the project is paid, you own the final files and full rights to your logo and brand assets. We hand over editable source files, not just PNGs.

Our Services

Explore Our Creative Design Services

Every business has different design needs. Some need a recognizable brand identity, while others need better digital interfaces or a complete website design.

Our creative design services cover three areas. You can choose an individual service or discuss a project that requires more than one.

Branding

Your brand identity helps people recognize your business wherever they find it.

We create visual branding elements that reflect your business and help maintain a consistent appearance across websites, presentations, marketing materials, and other customer touchpoints.

Branding projects may include logo design, typography, color palettes, visual identity systems, and brand guidelines, depending on your requirements.

UI/UX Design

A digital product should be easy to understand and use.

Our UI/UX design service focuses on how people move through websites, applications, and digital interfaces. We consider information structure, navigation, user journeys, and interface layouts to help make everyday interactions clearer.

Depending on the project, the work may include wireframes, interface concepts, interactive prototypes, and usability reviews.

Web & App Design

Your website or application is often where customers learn about your services, explore products, or contact your business.

We design websites, web applications, and mobile app interfaces with attention to layout, readability, responsive behavior, and visual consistency.

Our work focuses on the design experience, from initial page concepts to detailed screens that can be prepared for development.

What's included

What Our Graphic Design Service Includes

Projects are scoped to what you need now. Most clients start with identity, then add vehicle and print work.

  1. 01Logo and Brand Identity
  2. 02Brand Guidelines
  3. 03Vehicle Wraps and Fleet Graphics
  4. 04Yard Signs, Door Hangers and Print
  5. 05Social Media Templates
  6. 06Ad Creative
  1. Logo and Brand Identity

A logo system with a primary mark, a simplified icon and a one-color version, plus your brand colors and typefaces.

We present concepts in context, on your truck, a yard sign, a uniform and a profile photo, so you judge them where they'll actually be seen.

    Delivered with every logo:

    • Full-color, one-color and reversed versions
    • A simplified icon for favicons and profile photos
    • Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) and PDFs
    • PNG files for web and social
    • Color values in Pantone, CMYK, RGB and HEX
  2. Brand Guidelines

A short, practical guide to using the logo, colors, fonts and photo style, written for your staff and your vendors.

When the embroidery shop, the sign maker or a new agency asks for your brand files, you send one PDF and get consistent results.

  3. Vehicle Wraps and Fleet Graphics

Full and partial wraps, door decals and fleet lettering designed to your exact make, model and year on the wrap shop's templates.

We keep it to three things a driver can read in a few seconds, your name, what you do and your phone number or web address, sized to the vehicle's real panels.

  4. Yard Signs, Door Hangers and Print

Yard signs, door hangers, brochures, business cards, leave-behinds and direct mail designed to your printer's exact specs.

Files come in CMYK with bleed, crop marks and outlined fonts, ready for Vistaprint, a local print shop or a sign maker.

  5. Social Media Templates

Editable Canva templates for job photos, reviews, offers and team introductions, sized for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

Your team fills them in each week and every post still looks like your brand, without a designer on every update.

  6. Ad Creative

Static and lightly animated ads for Meta, Google Display and Performance Max in every size the platforms ask for.

We design several variations of each ad so your campaigns have something to test, and refresh them before people stop noticing them.

Designing for real use

How We Test a Design Before You Sign Off

A logo or wrap that wins in a presentation can fail on the road. Before anything is final, we check it where your customers will see it, at the size and distance they'll see it from.

Every design is checked for:

  1. Legibility from across the street on a sign or van
  2. Clarity as a tiny circular profile photo
  3. Contrast in one color for embroidery and stamps
  4. Readability on a black-and-white photocopy
  5. How it stands out next to competitors' trucks
  6. A phone number big enough to read at a glance

If a concept fails any of these, we fix it before showing you more options. It saves rounds of revisions and costly reprints later.

How we judge design

What Makes a Design Work for a Service Business

A design works when people recognize you, remember your name and can find your number. Nobody hires you because of a gradient.

TestWhat it tells you
Legibility Name and number readable at the distance and size people see them
Consistency The same logo, colors and fonts on every vehicle, sign, page and post
Recall A mark simple enough that customers describe it after one look
Production-ready files Accepted by printers, sign shops and embroiderers the first time
Response tracking Tracked numbers or QR codes on signs, hangers and mailers
Lifespan A design that still works in five years without a redesign

For door hangers, yard signs and mailers, we add a tracked number or QR code so you see which pieces bring in calls.

How it works

How a Design Project Runs

  1. Brief and Field Check

We review your current materials, look at competitors in your area and agree what you need, where it'll be used and by when.

  2. Concepts in Context

A few distinct directions shown on your vehicles, signs and screens, not floating on a white page.

  3. Refine One Direction

You pick a direction and we refine it with you, testing it at every real size along the way.

  4. Build the System

Logo versions, colors, fonts and guidelines are finalized, then applied to your wraps, signs and print.

  5. Hand Over Files

You receive organized, print-ready and editable files, plus a note on which file goes to which vendor.

Design Support After Your Brand Is Built

Once the brand exists, the need is steady: new ads, seasonal mailers, a new truck, a trade show banner. A monthly design retainer covers it.

Month to month, with no long contracts. Pause it in quiet months.

Retainer work often includes:

  • Fresh ad creative for Meta and Google every month
  • Seasonal door hangers, flyers and mailers
  • Graphics for new trucks as the fleet grows
  • Social templates updated for new offers
  • Trade show banners, signage and uniform artwork
  • Small requests handled without a new quote each time

Most retainer clients email requests as they come up. We keep your brand files on hand, so there's no briefing from scratch.

Compare

Agency Designer, Freelancer or DIY Template

Each fits a different budget and need. The difference shows when the design has to work across trucks, print and ads.

Agency Design Team

Designers who also run ads, websites and print for service businesses, so your brand is built for the places it'll actually be used.

A Freelance Designer

Often a sound choice for a one-off logo. Check that you'll get vector source files and someone who has designed a vehicle wrap before.

Ask Us to Review a Design

DIY Templates and Canva

Fine for social posts once a brand exists. Risky for a logo, since template marks are shared with thousands of other businesses.

Whichever route you take, insist on vector files and full rights to your logo. We'll help you check what you already have.

Your plan

A Design Plan Built Around What You Use Most

We start with what customers see most often, which for most service businesses means vehicles, signs and the Google profile.

We plan around:

  • Your fleet size, vehicle types and wrap budget
  • Where your signs and door hangers go out
  • The platforms you post on and advertise with
  • Deadlines like a new truck delivery or a trade show
  • Which current assets are worth keeping
  • Who prints, wraps and embroiders for you now

Designing in that order puts the money first into the items that show your name to the most people.

FAQ

Graphic Design Questions We Hear Most

We won't promise a number before we've seen your market and how your vehicles and signs get seen, and nobody honestly could. What we do is put tracked numbers or QR codes on signs, hangers and mailers, so you see which pieces bring calls in and which don't.

A fixed project price for each piece of work, quoted in writing before we start: a logo and identity, a wrap design, a set of print items. Printing, wrap installation and stock photos are paid to those vendors and are separate. Retainers are month to month.

Yes. Once the project is paid, you own the logo and all final artwork outright, and you get the editable source files in AI, EPS, SVG and PDF. You're never tied to us to get your own logo changed or reprinted.

We design and prepare the files; a print shop or wrap installer does the printing and fitting. We'll work with yours or recommend shops around Katy and Houston, and handle the proof checks with them so the finished vehicle matches the design.

Yes, and that's often the better choice when customers already know your name and look. We keep what people recognize, simplify what doesn't scale, fix the colors and redraw it cleanly in vector.

A logo and identity usually takes three to five weeks, depending on how quickly feedback comes back. A wrap design takes one to two weeks once we have the vehicle details. Print items like door hangers and signs are often ready within a week.

Your current logo files if you have them, photos of your vehicles, signs and uniforms, a list of local competitors, and any colors or styles you know you like or dislike. For wraps, the make, model and year of each vehicle.

Yes. On signs, brochures and ads for clinics and law firms, we keep claims within the rules that apply, such as state bar advertising rules and FTC guidance on health claims, and leave final wording to your compliance contact for approval.

Make Your Brand Readable Everywhere

Send us your current logo and a few photos of your trucks and signs. We'll tell you what's working, what to fix first and what a project would involve.
